About the Trip
We believe in the healing power of water, whether it's the feeling of being water or the sound of water. Sound Therapy is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation, but it also has a way of moving through blockages in the body. Sound Therapy has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, bodily pain, and autism. This day retreat will involve yoga, meditation and ultimately a journey into yoga nidra throgh luxurious sound. Just one day will leave you feeling refreshed and more connected.
Hosts
Jenny Adler
Jen is an international meditation teacher who draws on nature to call in peace and calm for her students. Tap into your inner mother nature as Jen leads you through a guided meditation using water sound therapy.
Craig Depot
Movement teacher and dynamic yoga teacher Craig will be your guide from home. Craig has over 10 years experience in using water as an influence on how we move our bodies.
Pria Shah
Expert sound therapist Pria has studied ancient sound healing practises since the age of 15 and is a one of the pioneers of using water in gong and singing bowl ceremonies.

Opening Meditation
You will ground yourself into the day with an opening water meditation.
Sound Healing
After meditation we will stay in a yin state as you enjoy 90 minutes of exploratory sound healing through the power of the Gong.
Move Like Water
Move like water with Craig. In this free flowing class we will bring the energy up as you move your body to the rhythm of water.
Yoga Nidra
To close we will ride the waves of the consciousness with a yoga nidra class and closing words from your hosts.

How do you attend a Bayou online session?
You can purchase individual tickets for each session. Upon signing up your confirmation will be emailed to you to access livestream and on-demand videos.
Are all sessions suitable for beginners and new comers?
We operate a totally inclusive and welcoming policy here at Bayou so all of our sessions are accessible for any level of student.
What equipment will I need for each session?
Specific equipment needed for each session will be specified when you sign up. You will always need either a yoga mat, soft surface or towel and most likely a cushion
What if I cannot attend the session for some reason?
We understand that plans change, so you will have 7 day access to the recording of the session in our on demand portal.
What if I have a specific question about one of the sessions?
